Airflow Design Essentials

Air distribution design is one of the key factors affecting the precision of high-precision constant temperature & humidity clean laboratories. When designing air distribution for such facilities, the following principles shall be followed: adopt a rational airflow layout to maximize the cooling or heating effect of supply air; create a stable and uniform temperature field, ensuring the temperature difference between the incoming airflow and the working area does not exceed the permissible fluctuation range; maintain an airflow velocity of approximately 0.25 m/s when the air reaches the working area.
