Comprehensive design: Beyond the hardware of the FPAQS Pathology Air Treatment System, our experienced design team provides full-spectrum design services for every pathology laboratory. The scope includes workflow specifications, compliance solutions for indoor and outdoor air quality in technical, diagnostic and molecular areas, real-time critical value monitoring and emergency plans, qualified wastewater and waste disposal schemes, pressure difference control for all zones, energy conservation and emission reduction plans, standards for supporting laboratory facilities, as well as interior decoration, water and electrical design.

FPAQS 6.0 Pathology Air Quality Control System

The FPAQS 6.0 Pathology Air Quality Control System comprises indoor and outdoor air distribution design, FPAQS-CC Central Control Column, DMBR01 Professional Xylene Monitor, WFCHO-01 Professional Formaldehyde Monitor, ION-D Series / Nature-O Dynamic Ion Derivation Devices, F-MUX / F-RWA Series Laminar Flow and Flow Guide Devices, as well as Supe Series Radiant Air Terminals and duct distribution systems. It is also equipped with local exhaust equipment including laminar flow sampling workstations, purified staining stations and fume hoods.

PCR Laboratory Design

Design Basis: The World Health Organization (WHO) has always attached great importance to laboratory biosafety management. Its Laboratory Biosafety Manual was first published in 1983, with the second edition released in 2003. The United States is a pioneer in laboratory biosafety administration. The guideline Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories, co-published by NIH and CDC, has now reached its fourth edition.

The technical specifications and standards for the construction and management of PCR laboratories in China are mainly formulated with reference to the above two documents. The current applicable codes and standards are listed as follows:
